On the trail of J.R.R. Tolkien: From The Codemasters Campus to Middle-earth
Codemaster’s community team of the online roleplaying game Lord of the Rings — Online sometimes complains about being located somewhere in the middle of Warwickshire, i.e. out in the sticks. However, a Tolkien fan’s heart will beat quicker when thinking about the importance of Warwickshire for JRRT’s youth. Members of this team went about recently and wrote about it.
So on one rainy day the three Community Liaison Officers packed their bags, bought a bus ticket and went out for a day of great adventure in Warwick.
We arrived in Warwick near Smith Street, where we spotted buildings like The Roebuck Inn, which very much reminded us of Breetown’s Prancing Pony.
Further down Smith Street we had to walk through the impressive East Gate surrounded by historic buildings from medieval times. It seemed as if we were walking through the West Gate in the town of Bree.

Hallo,
tolle Beschreibung; da hatten die dort wohl keine Fördergelder bei der EU beantragt, um zu sanieren und Plagiate draus zu machen?
